How to use the Audit Checklist tab
- For each row, select a Risk Level (High / Medium / Low) from the dropdown in column C.
- Select a Status (Compliant / Partial / Non-Compliant / Not Applicable) from the dropdown in column D.
- Columns E–H (Score, Risk Weight, Weighted Score, Priority) calculate automatically — do not overwrite them.
- Use column I to note the evidence you reviewed (e.g., “Reviewed 2025 I-9 binder, 3 of 40 missing re-verification”).
- Use column J to note the corrective action needed, column K for the owner, and column L for a target date.
- Copy any item with a Priority of “Urgent” or “High” into the Action Plan tab.
- Check the Dashboard tab after finishing each category to see your live HR health score.
